Our client is a 4 star hotel who are looking for a Chef De Partie to work in their 120 cover rosetted restaurant. Ideal candidates will have fine dining experience and a passion for good food. Transport essential due to location (8 miles from Derby and 10 miles from Nottingham) as will be working split shifts lunch and dinners over a 5 day week. You will start working on starters and deserts with progression for the right candidate.
