Young, fun loving, clean and tidy professional non smoker wanted to share with 3 24yr old girls (2 professional, 1 student)

Must like food, nights out, comedy things, the great outdoors and cats (we have a free one who visits). The house is 5 mins from Victoria shopping centre and Mansfield Road - great for cheap nights out and Tesco and Aldi.

You will have a fairly small furnished double room with access to a big bathroom with a large bath, and also a second shower room downstairs. House is double glazed and gas central heated. There is an electric oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen, washing machine, microwave, and large fridge freezer with plenty of room for tasty grub.

There is no private parking or driveway available, just spaces on the street but a residential permit is required to avoid tickting! Rent excludes all bills/council tax.

The contract runs until July 2010 but if you were to wish to leave you may organize a replacement person to take over the contract before then.
