we are a family looking for a house with 4 double bedrooms and preferably with 2 bathrooms. we cannot consider any one of the 4 bedrooms to be a single and so i would appreciated it if you would respect our wish to only view houses with 4 double bedrooms as i do not wish to waste your time nor you mine.

it needs to be furnished and fairly modern and clean as there are 2 very young children. we would like a little garden.

the location should be safe and not too far from city centre as we are working in the city centre ie. "no rough area". ideally near bus-stops.
