The house is in a nice, vibrant area - walking distance to town, local
shops and supermarkets, with excellent bus and tram links to
University of Nottingham and Trent. Current housemates are three post
grad students (two girls and one guy) who are all friendly, easygoing,
and conscientious. This is a fairly quiet and studious house but not
obsessively so, and there's generally someone about to hang out with
and chat to of an evening if you feel like it!

The room is on the first floor and furnished with a king sized bed,
wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. There is double glazing, gas central
heating and wifi access throughout the house, as well as washing
machine and all usual mod cons. Two bathrooms, a large kitchen and
living room are shared between all housemates.

The room is an absolute bargain for 175 pounds a month. Come and have a look!
