The studio contains its own private kitchenette which includes a microwave combination oven, sink, extractor fan, two electric hob plates, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Besides, the Studio has it's own en suite comprising of a WC, shower and wash basin. All bills included.

The Studio is just 3 minutes walk to the west entrance of University of Nottingham, it is a 7-10 minutes walk to the center of the University Park, and to the center of Beeston where you can shop there.

To rent the studio, you have to be undergraduate or postgraduate student of the University of Nottingham.
