I am ideally looking for a lodger who works away from home, perhaps doesn't want to commute anymore and therefore is looking for a temporary base a few days a week or someone who is looking for somewhere to stay on a short term basis. I own a 2 bed apartment in Basford with secure parking and fob operated entrance to building. My apartment is 2 years old,on the top floor facing in so I never have any problem with noise.

The room is a fully furnished double room with bedding and tv / dvd player. There's one bathroom, 2 bedrooms, shoe / coat cupboard, front room and kitchen all of a generous size. You are free to use all utilities, ironing board / iron / kitchen equipment etc..

There is a bus route straight across the road from the apartment which goes straight into town and takes 10 mins outside of rush hour. There is also a tram stop only a short walk away.

I am looking for someone who is a non-smoker, tidy and willing to hold a conversation. I work away from home too on occasions so I'm not in every night and I also have a long commute to and from work so don't get in early.

Rent is negotiable dependant on how many nights you are wanting to stay.
