A tremendous new position has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Manager for our new coffee bar in Nottingham. This is an exciting and challenging position with a real opportunity for the right candidate to flourish and develop.

Working closely with your Area Manager, the essence of this role is to establish this new bar and put it “on the map” for AMT and its customers. Your priorities will include exceeding customer expectations, driving sales and developing a new Barista team. You will be professional and hands-on, with the ability to prioritise, organise and build strong working relationships.


The following criteria are essential for this role:

•Proven experience within a similar role, preferably a busy retail catering environment (including stock control and cash handling)
•Flexible and able to work at weekends, early mornings and/or evenings
•Credible track record within a sales-driven business
•Strong customer service skills
•Financially aware
