I have a 3bedroomed council house in a quite little cul-de-sac in Carlton Nottingham that i am looking to do an exchange with.
It has all been newly decorated in the last year and benefits from a downstairs toilet and walk in shower, the upstairs bathroom is very large as well.
It also has 3double bedrooms and a nice sized garden.
I am looking to move to Skegness, Winthorpe, Ingoldmells, chapel-St-Leonards,Burgh area.
