I have a large 4 bedroom house backing on to the arboretum park. Very good location as its a 5 min walk into city but a very quiet location. It has safe private parking and a partially decked rear garden with fish pond and 2 garden sheds.the house has very large kitchen ,toilet up and down and downstairs floors are laminated. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 3 upstairs with large bathroom with shower.
