Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a motivated Nursing Home Manager to manage an excellent rated elderly nursing home in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

This beautiful purpose built nursing home in Lincolnshire, East Midlands provides quality nursing and social care to the elderly frailty and those with dementia. This warm and welcoming nursing home consistently receives very good CQC reports and boasts a respectable reputation within the local community.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse, RGN / RMN with strong home management experience. You will have good working knowledge of CQC and will be motivated to maintain the high standards with the home. You will have a strong ability to lead and direct a team effectively and maintain the level of competence within the team. Completion of RMA / LMA or equivalent will be advantageous.
