Hey guys n girls I'm Dan, I'm a musician, singer, writer, event organiser, travelling songsmith and smiling melody monkey. I've just arrived in Notts from several years in Lisbon, Barcelona, Paris, Tolouse and am putting together (with your help!) a little world music project. Basically working off of the format of a night I ran in Barca I want to put together a small core of like minded musicians, djs, dancers, foodies, artists and interesting peeps for a once monthly event. I'm quite experienced with these things and am really keen to get a little thing up and running asap, I've met lots of interesting folks wandering around with my little guitar and have lots of potential venues already.

Particularly I'm keen to find an available jazz /latin duo to make a trio asap as I've at least 3 paid gigs waiting on a band.
