I have a spare double bedroom available in the house I rent. It is a lovely two bedroomed middle terrace house in the new Carrington Point development. 5 minutes away from City Centre with regular buses, walkable within half an hour.

Its quite a new house so is in very good condition with new bathroom and kitchen, also downstairs toilet. It is rented unfurnished but I have lived there for 3 years and so it is now pretty much furnished! There is still room for stuff though, as always!

There is a lovely little garden with gate to the shared off street parking area out the back. There is also a bit of a front garden with a couple of steps up to the front door.

Rent is basic so other bills on top but they're normally pretty low.

Would prefer female housemate, non-smoking, who is generally clean and tidy!
