I have a lovely single room to let in my beautiful 3 bedroom house in Mapperley. You would be sharing the house with 3 other friendly working people.
The room has a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, fitted bed with large storage drawers underneath, sink and vanity unit. It is quite small, but well equipped, and you don't need to live in there - you have full use of all the rest of the house to relax in!
The house has 2 living rooms, lovely large modern kitchen with a big range cooker and loads of cupboard space, 2 fridges and 2 freezers. The Bathroom has a whirlpool bath, toilet and seperate shower, along with a second toilet downstairs. There are lovely gardens front and back with patio, fish pond, lawns and flowers. This is not your typical shared house, it is clean, well decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. We would like to share with someone who wants to keep it that way. It is very close to the local shop and bus stop, and about 1k from the shops (and some good pubs) at Mapperley top, or 24 hour Tesco at Carlton.
It is available immediately.
Rent is £230 pcm, which includes all the bills : Gas, Electric, Water, Council tax and TV licence.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take a look at where the house is before arranging a viewing. There is a map on the web site. I have to make a 150 mile round trip to show you round - it is really frustrating when I do this, and people either don't show up, or look round the house and then say "its really lovely, but I wanted somewhere closer to the city centre". The house is on the Mapperley/Gedling border - it is NOT in the city centre.
Very sorry - but viewings are only possible at the weekend at the moment. If this is impossible for you then please get in touch and we can try and sort something out!
