Married British couple who have spent 8 years living Abroad, now wish to come home to roost.Our aim is to buy a property, however in the initial stages with a massive selection of possible purchases we wish to find a furnished rental around the Nottingham area.(from where we can search for a purchase) We are both in our 50s and responsible adults. 1 yr. let req. on a not overpriced property. Max 475pounds PCM.(although lived abroad, can show proof of financial responsibility).
Further to the 1st posting of this ad, after several replies, we would also like to talk to someone who may have a temp let,say I month or so, that we can immediately occupy on arrival back in the UK until we have had a chance to view/negotiate various prospective offers.Any ideas?
