We are seeking a Chef experienced with European/ Continental style food, for a fully equipped kitchen in a busy Nottingham pub.

The Chef must be ‘hands on’ and able to provide great food with a difference. Creativity, enthusiasm and a willingness to do what is necessary to grow the business are the key ingredients. The Chef will become part of the management team and share in the success of the business.

The Chef will play a key role in developing a new menu and we are willing to consider any food offerings within the parameters specified above which you are experienced with and which you feel will work.
