Package: £40,000 - £50,000 + OTE £65,000 + benefits

An exciting opportunity for an experienced sale professional to join a growing organization currently achieving massive success and rapid growth within the renewable energy sector. Our client is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions to Businesses. They sell ground source heat pumps and this is a critical appointment in their expansion. This is an entrepreneurial business that has grown eight fold since its inception and this is an opportunity for you to set the sales best practice for your territory and progress through the business as it grow/expands.

The Opportunity:
- As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for new business by active prospecting, relationship building within the construction market place
- You will work closely with the Managing Director to develop future strategies and have full responsibility for implementing the strategy and driving sales
- You will work alongside other Business Development Managers to collaborate on robust national projects
- Your territory will cover the South/South East
You will be:
- An experienced Sales Professional with proven track record of selling ground source/air source heat pumps and other non-ground source heat pumps into the construction industry
- You will have knowledge of your market and legislative implications so you can advise/steer your clients
- You will be tenacious, hard working and have a hands on approach
- Your approach will be consultative with the ability to adapt and flex your personality to suit your audience
- You will have a natural ability to converse and speak the language of contactors
- You will have aspirations to progress your career and be hungry for directorship
