An Assistant Restaurant Manager - is being recruited for our clients privately owned hotel in Lincolnshire. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the a la Carte restaurant and private dining.
The Role
* Managing a busy a la Carte restaurant capable of doing 100+ covers
* Staff training including silver service and selling
* Planning staff rotas
* Upselling
The Person
* You will be a professional manager
* Strong personal skills, polished and professional
* Able to develop and lead your team
* Good knowledge of food and wine
* A good background in Rosette standards
