Are you or a deputy manager looking to develop your career, or an experienced care home manager looking to progress to a larger home?

- We are recruiting for a registered manager for a high quality residential home in large, peaceful gardens in Nottingham.
- The service is rated as `Good` (2 stars) by the CQC.
- The service provides residential and dementia care for elderly people.

Duties

- You will take responsibility for the management of the home, including the deployment and supervision of staff at all times, the assessment of care needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of personalised care.
- You will recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff.
- You will develop the business objectives of the home to ensure full occupancy and that the business is profitable.

Requirements

- NVQ 4 and / or RMA or equivalent is essential.
- You must be aware of current legislation and guidelines.
- You should have experience as either a deputy manager or manager of a care home for elderly service users.
- Experience of dementia care is an advantage.
