My Client is a 4* Luxury Hotel just outside Nottingham. They are part of a UK wide group of luxury leisure based hotels and are in need of a new Operations Manager to join them and help support their team.

Job Description

You will have direct responsibility for all operational aspects of the hotel with all HOD's reporting into you and you reporting into the General Manager. You should have a very strong Food and Beverage Background with a focus on service and the guest experience.

This is a very individual property and very large and does require a confident Operations Manager who can think on their feet and be comfortable with making quick business decisions. This role could turn into a General Management role and so you should have the ambition and desire and competence to become a Hotel General Manager.

This would suit someone who has come from the luxury market and who will be happy to invest their own time into the development and training of their staff.
