Candidates must be aged 18+ to comply with licensing laws. Must also have a personal licence to sell alcohol. Previous experience is essential. Duties include serving customers, replenishment of stock, cash handling and banking, keeping bar area clean and tidy along with all other tasks as required. It also include staff management and recruiting. 40+ hours per week, over 7 days, between 9am-3am.
