Attention Anyone Who wants to Try Boxing Out

There is a two hour boxing workshop for any beginner wanting to try boxing for the first time. This workshop will be only for beginners and no sparing will take place so no one will get hit. The workshop will cover the stance, the movement, all of the punches and a couple of blocks.

This has been set up to try and take the intimidation out of boxing. Everyone on this course will be in the same boat (beginners). This will give you the confidence to join a boxing club with the basic skills.

The cost of the course will be £25 pounds for the two hours. There is only going to be a small amount of people attending as there will be attention to detail. So you must book you place on the course fast as there is only ten places You will receive a certificate if you pass the conditions of the work shop.

Also if requested programmes can be made for anyone wanting to continue training at home after the course or details of local clubs will be provided.

The workshop will be held at Hucknall Boys boxing club in Hucknall, Nottingham on the 30th of January. You need to get in contact with John to enrol onto the course.
