I am a 37 year old female with oodles of experience in the property sector dealing with tenants including finding them, rent collection, repairs etc dealing with contractors and renovations and building works too. I am very hands on and am not frightened to pick up a screw driver etc. I have experience in admin/accounting and have a full driving licence and my own car.
