Very large room available in a shared flat in Lenton, one of 3 rooms in the house. House includes a living room and a dining room, aswell as a spacious bathroom. Other occupants include a student in his second year and a ex student in full time work.

A student would be preferable, but both students and those in full time work welcome. We're looking for a friendly, easy going flat mate, both male and female welcome.

The house is in great condition, and the landlord sorts out any problems promptly. We were very lucky to find a house as good as this at such a cheap monthly rate, and in such a good location.
