Can't find an antenatal exercise class anywhere?
Then, come along to Bump to Babe Pregnancy Fitness Classes on Mondays 6-7pm and/or Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Classes are specifically designed for pregnant women who want to exercise safely, effectively and confidently throughout their pregnancy.
Classes contain 30 minutes of low-impact aerobics, 20 minutes of toning/Pilates exercises and 10 minutes of stretching/relaxation/pelvic floor.
Join from anywhere between 12 and 40 weeks pregnant.
Places are strictly limited to ensure quality of instruction and all applicants need to be health-screened before attending.
