I am looking for a female to share my modern apartment with in Mapperley. I would like someone in their mid- 20's to early 30's if possible. I am 29 years old, work full time as a manager in a gym / health club, so I tend to work long shifts and late nights/ early mornings and weekends. My current housemate works for the same company as me, and is moving to Kent- sadly! I will miss her...shes moving in with her boyfriend around the 18th of December, so the room will be available then.
I need someone who is mature, and very clean and tidy ! And is house proud. Possibly someone who enjoys a healthy lifestyle, cooking nice meals, and sharing a good bottle of wine on a friday night. I prefer the house to be pretty chilled and quiet during the week, as I work long tiring hours. I don't tend to have house parties/ loud music at the weekends, I am usually out at the pubs till late and stay at friends houses.... I do like a saturday night out, with a few cocktails now and then ! I am currently single, so theres no boyfriend that will be around here all the time - have had previous experiences with housemates boyfriends staying over too often, which can be slightly unfair if they don't pay the bills and aren't supposed to live in the house, so I hope equally you would respect that.

I love to travel, I was born in New Zealand, and moved to the UK 9 years ago. I have family here. I do like to get to London at weekends when I can as I was living there up until a year ago. I am also a keen horse rider, and play tennis - when its warmer weather ! I also enjoy using the gym at work for swimming, pilates and yoga.
I have quite a dry sense of humour.... Love comedy and having a laugh as much as I can! I'm a very chilled, easy to get along with character, and enjoy similar company. I am quite career driven, and love my job aswel.


There is a main bathroom which you will have use of, with a shower, bath, and toilet. I have an ensuite in my room, but do still like to take a bath a couple of times a week, but you pretty much will have your own use of the main bathroom. There is also a double bed, and a wardrobe in the room, but the wardrobe could be taken out if you have your own.
The apartment is all wooden flooring, and cream carpet in the bedrooms, also cream walls throughout.
Rent includes all bills, but electricity can vary during winter months, which we try to keep the bills as low as possible- with heating use as it can be very expensive.
I am very organised with keeping up on bills etc, so everyones clear on what we owe, and keep copies of bills.
No pets
No smokers
