Victory Show 2008

Date posted: Saturday 6th September

This year’s show commemorates the end of hostilities during WW2. The two day event is held over a 60 acre site, providing historical societies & re-enactments through various forces from several era's and theatres during the period of 1939-45. From Airmen to Infantry, the Victory Show opens a window in time to the fabulous 40's. Ever wondered what Granny & Grandad did during the war?

As well as many demonstrations and exhibits being held over the weekend, watch our spectacular AFRA co-ordinated mock battle simulation, held in over a dozen acres of field, you can witness the infamous mighty German armour deploy into the height of battle against Allied troops.

We are happy to announce that South Wigston based film and multimedia company SinVision, will be filming and producing the official DVD of this years’ show priced at only £8.50 inc pnp.
