I am a 23 year old non-smoking professional who has lived in/around Nottingham for the past 5 years. I am now working at the QMC as a dietitian and completing my PhD.

I am a fun, outgoing person who is just as happy on a night out as I am staying in and watching a DVD. Who is looking for a sociable, friendly housemate as my current housemate is moving away for a job elsewhere.

I have a 1 double bedroom to rent in a 2 bedroom house from June onwards. There is a newly renovated lounge, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, and downstairs toilet. There is also a lovely garden with a patio, great for BBQ’s in the summer (with a sizeable shed for storage). There is also a BT phone line and broadband. With ample free parking outside the house.

The house is a 4 minute walk from the train station (with a direct line to Nottingham, Derby and Loughborough/London), 15-20minute walk to Beeston town centre and a 15min bus ride to Nottingham city centre (via the university and QMC) from the bus stop just around the corner.
