2 bedroom 1 is a master with full size double bed
other is 2x singles but can be pushed together to make another double
also dining area converts to a double bed

caravan is on a nice clean quiet site located near butlins,
fantasy island/east gate market is arond a 10 min walk
beach 5-10 mins
also pubs chip shop & general store close by (5 mins walk)

cars can be parked outside caravan unlike some sites

we dont mind pets as long as there well behaved
(but we do ask for a £75 refundable deposit if pets are going instead of the normal £50 )

also same sex partys welcome providing theres no damage caused & noise etc is kept to a reasonable level ,people have been kicked off site before for exess noise (if this happens its your wrong doing & no refund will be issued)
its available this weekend (bank holiday)

price for this weekend is £200
+£50 refundable deposit (will be refunded once caravan has been inspected for damage etc)
