There is a large frame that makes the the car into a walker to protect your baby from toppling over. The footrests can be removed when your child is ready to push him/herself along. The long handle for adults to push can be turned into a short handle. The steering wheel can be fixed or at a setting so that child can steer themself. The accessories include a padded steering wheel cover in case baby falls forward - this padded cover has lots features for baby to play with.
