I'm a 26 year old professional, very open minded and kind natured. I love my house but I'm getting bored of living alone and I have a spare room up for grabs.

I'm in a nice part of bulwell, 5 mins from the trams and busses. On a quiet street with nice neighbours. I get on well with students but I'm relaxed and tidy these days kiddos. I'm settling down now with lots of ginger tea and films and I'm looking to see if the landlord also wants to convert the attic into another room too.

The spare room is small for a double bed but I could have my arm twisted and give up the big room. otherwise - £100 plus bills and I'll be paying £250 with the big room if that sounds about right.
