We have three spacious room to let in Sneinton available now in a well maintained and furnished house for four. The house is about 15 mins walk to the city centre or buses run every 10 mins. Nearby are a variety of shops.
The rent is £47 per week which includes water rates. Utilities and council tax are shared between the tenants, or if you prefer, an all-in rate is available which will cover council tax, gas, electricity and water rates. We ask for £200 deposit, but do not ask for any additional admin fees.
The rooms are fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bookshelves etc. There is a small garden at the back of the house and it is in a quiet road with plenty of parking.

Tenants share the living room, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and an extra fridge, so all you would need is your own plates etc.

The house has a burglar alarm and smoke alarm system as well as gas and electricity safety certificates and security lighting at the back of the building

As landlords, we make sure our houses are well maintained and furnished and if anything does go wrong with any of the equipment, we fix it immediately. We manage the house ourselves so you speak directly to us rather than having to go through an agent, which always delays things. We have a rolling programme of improvements so the houses are never left to deteriorate but kept in good order throughout. This is high quality accommodation at a reasonable price
