Our client, a well respected group of care homes requires a skilled Manager for its elderly residential Home in Boston.

The home is a 32 bedded service not currently registered for EMI Nursing but about to undertake a registration for this client group, to that end the manager will need to have a nursing qualification as well as considerable experience as a Home Manager and experience of registration or commissioning is preferable.

Currently 17 beds of the 32 are filled and the new manager will be required to bring their marketing experience to bare in order to increase occupancy both before and after registration.
