Silat Seni Tunggal Gerak

Silat is the umbrella term which encompasses the indigenous martial arts of the Malay Archipelago, encompassing Malaysia and Indonesia.

Silat is known for its flowing beauty, dance-like movement and its combat efficacy; devastating strikes and locks, and attacks with ferocious intent.

As a student of Silat Seni Tunggal Gerak you can expect:
Fitness and conditioning through the exercises of Silat
Applied self defence - combative drills and partner work
Short forms that are easy to learn
Bunga Tari (or Kembangan) - the flower dance - Improvised "Martial Dance"
Bermain Silat - playing Silat
Relaxation , breathing exercises and internal training
Weapons training

Open to all - beginners welcome.
