We have one large attic room left in a house for three in Sneinton. It will be available from the beginning of July but the current tenant is flexible and would be able to move out earlier if need be. The house is about 15 mins walk to the city centre or there are plenty of buses. Nearby are a variety of shops.

The rent is £47 a week which includes water rates, then the utilities and council tax are shared between the tenants, or if people prefer, an all-in rate is available which will cover council tax, gas, electricity and water rates. We ask for £200 deposit, but do not ask for any administration fees.
The room gets the sun in the afternoon and has interesting sloping ceilings. It is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves etc. There is a yard at the back of the house and it is in a quiet road with loads of space for parking.

Tenants share the living room, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and an extra fridge so all you would need is your own plates etc.

There is a burglar alarm and smoke alarm system as well as gas and electricity safety certificates and security lights at the back of the building

As landlords, we make sure our houses are well maintained and furnished and if anything does go wrong with any of the equipment, we fix it immediately. We manage the house ourselves so you speak directly to us rather than having to go through an agent which always delays things. We have a rolling programme of improvements so the house is never left to deteriorate but kept in good order throughout.
