Quietish non-smoking household has room for one more.

We like books, music, computers etc. We aim to be greenish & reuse/recycle where possible. It's not your average "student houseshare" - the age range is wider and we're all doing different things.

Good conversation has often been a pleasure of the household, although we don't live "in each other's pockets". We usually cook separately, but once in a while we like to have a shared meal.

Past housemates at different times have included mature students, post-grads, lecturers, musicians, painter (in the paintings sense), and various thoughtful people doing various jobs. Currently 3f + 1m + 1 new. Lesbian/bi/gay/trans people welcome, "straight but not narrow" fine too.

Approx 1 mile west of city centre. Close to shops, gym/swim, library. 2 mins from bus route into town (turquoise line / Rainbow 1). Indoor bike storage & plentiful on-street parking.

Shared lounge, fgch, dishwasher, most usual amenities. Small garden, mostly lawn, with table/chairs for summer dining. Organic fruit-&-veg delivery once a week which you can share if you want (or not if not).

Available room has single bed, broadband connection, various furniture inc good quality mattress. Cream-coloured walls & curtains, terracotta carpet. Gets morning sun.

£185 pcm in advance plus share of bills. Rent inc council tax / water rates. Bills: if you budget for 60 quid a month then that's on the safe side and you'll never get a nasty surprise. But really it's only ever anywhere near that in cold winter weather - in summer months more like 20.

Deposit equal to 1 month's rent. Reference required.
