The Company:
This is a privately owned, nationwide entertainments company expanding rapidly throughout the UK which has a recognised national brand with huge membership. This company likes to develop their General Managers into more senior positions

The Role:
Pro-active General Manager who takes ownership of the business
Late night bar oriented venue
Multifaceted role with lots of challenges and areas to learn!
Working as a ‘business manager’ in charge of your own teams and projects
Support the Regional Manager in maintaining quality customer service, developing the business, financial management
Lead by example and effectively manage the unit employees
Actively communicate with all internal and external customers
Support the Regional Manager in improving the Company image
Actively train and develop all unit employees
Comply with Statutory requirements


The Person:
They are looking for a strong General Manager who can be firm but fair with the team and this person must be able to supply guest’s expectations and manage demand and supply of services. You have to enjoy being busy but also like a fun, fast paced working environments which can be very ‘hands on’
