Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
My Public Sector Client are currently seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join their Nottingham based team.
This newly created post will provide professional mechanical and electrical engineering services including; preparing drawings, specifications and schedules, overseeing tenders in conjunction with the Senior Building Surveyor, managing contractors and ensuring satisfactory project completion and compliance with Health & Safety and the CDM Regulations.
Holding a technical qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, you will demonstrate a high level of experience of project management and contract administration in relation to mechanical and electrical works. You should be competent in the preparation of CAD drawings, schedules of work and specifications for mechanical and electrical projects and be experienced in undertaking condition surveys and successfully managing budgets.
This is a building services position and is not suitable for people from a non-building services background.
Generous Salary £29,106 - £30.621
Final Salary, Local Government Pension Scheme
