Test Development Engineer - Labview

My client is a fantastic market disruptive technology developer operating in and around renewables based technology. They are looking to grow all team disciplines with additions to electronics design, test, manufacturing and R&D.

They currently require a Test Development Engineer with at least 3-5 years ATE experience. Designing and validating Test Station software your responsibilities include the fault finding, diagnostics, analysis and reporting of test data. This role requires a close working relationship with project managers and clients' engineers ensuring the technical specifications are being complied with and maintained.

Strong Labview skills as well as previous experience as a Test Development Engineer is essential as is an understanding of Real Time Control Hardware & Software and Software-to-Hardware interfacing. Some OOP skills such as C, C# or C++ would also be desirable. We prefer degree qualified candidates however HNC/HND qualified with several years relevant experience would also be considered.

My client is based in the East Midlands and prefers candidates who live in the region particularly Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.
