We have 1 really nice bedroom available NOW (first come, first served basis) in a 3 bedroom house in a nice residential area called Lenton Abbey, Beeston area (NG9 2SH).
The house is fully furnished with all the necessary requirements, the furniture ranging from double bed, desk chair, bedside desk, and wardrobe in all rooms, to sofa, table and chairs in the living room. You will not need a car permit. The house has a small garden at the back, perfect for summer barbeques or laundry, being conveniently situated just outside University Campus (please check map). The kitchen is also well quipped with most necessary appliances, all in working condition (washing machine with dryer incorporated, microwave, cooker, fridge + freezer, large cupboards for storage).
The rent is £250/month + bills (about £30 a month per person), very good price for what it has to offer. I have lived here for over a year and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.
