The Company
Robert Half International are currently recruiting for purchase ledger supervisor to work within an East midlands based public sector organisation. The department as a whole has seen a restructure and as a result the AP team needs an interim manager to ease the pressure on senior management.
The Role
The key responsibilities are to provide prompt payment reports, manage 3 purchase ledger clerks in a co-operative and timely fashion. You will also be working heavily with the Department of Transports shared service team. There will be a strong focus on organisational compliance for internal audit and finally balance sheet reconciliations. Ideally you will have at least 2-3 years experience at a supervisory level and have 3-4 years in AP. You will have strong time management and organisational skills and a strong grasp of Excel will be required. It must be stressed that the client will not review CV's from any candidates that do not have these requirements.
Salary & Benefits
Robert Half is looking to pay £11 per hour for a period of 6 months
