My client is seeking an experienced and proven construction recruitment consultant to take a 2 part role within the company - you will be managing a team across both trades and labour and contracts management desks as well as developing business for the branch.

The ideal candidate must be able to bill £10k GP a month as well as excite a room and motivate people, creating a fun working atmosphere for the team whilst driving the business forward. The company are a multi-million pound turnover organisation expanding rapidly across all sectors. They have plans to open more offices by the end of the year and enter the top 10 UK recruitment companies within the next 5 years.
