Purchase Ledger Clerk
The Company
Robert Half are currently recruiting for charity organisation in Nottinghamshire. My client is looking for a purchase ledger clerk to assist the accounts manager in clearing a substantial backlog.
The Role
As a temporary purchase ledger clerk in the organisation you will be responsible for the processing and coding of all incoming invoices. You will be responsible for the chasing of authorisation from the various centres and a head for figures is key. You will have excellent communication skills because you will be required to assist suppliers and staff. You will manually transact payments and there will be an element of filing.
Salary & Benefits
The role is on a temp basis £6.50 ph +holiday lasting 4 weeks approx
