The room to rent is a large, sunny double bedroom, with king size bed, drawers and bedside cabinet. The house has a large lounge and separate dining room, plus a very nice kitchen with a dishwasher. I have a utility room with washer and tumble drier. Access to wifi fast internet. I do have a dog who is very friendly, but obviously lodger would have to like dogs to want to live here! Access to Nottingham and Derby is good. The Ilkeston Flyer to Derby bus is a 5 min walk to bus stop. The Rainbow 2 bus to Nottingham is a 2 min walk to bus stop. Also the bus stop for the slower no.21 bus to Nottingham Broadmarsh is outside front door. I am a 25 year old teacher in Nottingham. I am a sociable person. I like running and the outdoors as well as a glass of wine in the evenings! My partner also works in Nottingham, although he spends a lot of the week away with work.
