I have a single room (with single bed) on Highbury Ave, Highbury Vale which I am looking to rent out asap. It is on a good bus route and close to the tram too.
I mainly work from home but do a bit of travelling with work so am probably away 1 night per week.
I am looking for someone clean, honest, professional or student. No party animals please....
My house is a 3 bed house - 2 bathrooms, dining room, garden, clean , warm and comfortable with all mod-cons incl broadband and an office you are welcome to use, there is also a parking space for you on the drive.
Rent is £300 per month incl bills.
I am looking for someone who likes dogs as I have an 11yr old collie dog.
