We are recruiting a Commis Chef for our clients hotel in Nottingham. Working in a brigade of 6 this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills working for a highly experienced Head Chef.

Job Description

The Commis Chef will work on all sections of the kitchen on a rota. Helping senior chefs, preparing the mise en place, assisting during service, ensuring the section is clean and tidy and then cleaning down at the end of the service.

Experience

We are looking for a Commis Chef who is keen and enthusiastic to develop their skills. You will already have NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or similar and want to work in a high quality kitchen.
