I currently live in a two bedroom council house in the Sneinton area. It has gas heating and electric cooker, moderate sized front garden and large back garden.

I am after a one bedroom flat (or maisonette) in either the Arnold or Calverton area, preferably an upstairs property, but would consider a downstairs property as well. Preferably gas heating and electric for cooker.
