One beautifully presented large double room with en suite, tv, wifi.
£30 per person per night single, or £48 per couple per night.

One small double / large single (4ft bed) - cosy but beautifully furnished and comfortable. tv, wifi, private wc, shared bathroom.
£28 per person per night single, or £40 per couple per night

Price includes continental breakfast.
Cooked breakfast is available on request for an extra charge

Local Information:
The no 11 bus between Lady Bay and the city (via train station) provides an excellent service (every 10 minutes throughout the day) and cycle routes along canal and river take you to many parts of the city safely.

Lady Bay offers its own pharmacy, post office (with atm), café as well as an excellent chippy and a good range of corner stores selling fresh fruit and veg and the general basics.
The river Trent is 5 minutes walk from the front door and offers lovely walks as well as access to a wide range of water sports.

The thriving centre of West Bridgford is a pleasant 15 minute stroll away with many superb independent shops, restaurants, café-bars and a fortnightly farmers’ market.
