We offer bed and breakfast guests a warm welcome to our beautiful home in Lady Bay, West Bridgford, Nottingham.

ACCOMMODATION
We have two beautifully presented large double rooms each with en suite, tv, wifi. Beds have super-comfortable orthopaedic mattresses ... so much so that several of our guests have asked where they can buy one!

BREAKFAST
B&B Price includes a simple continental breakfast (best quality bread/toast, preserves, fresh fruit, tea/coffee/juice).
Cooked breakfast is available on request (£5.00 per person per day)
Please try to let us know ahead if you would like a cooked breakfast as we always try to source responsibly produced ingredients of the best quality for our guests.
We make every effort to cater for all dietary needs - please feel free to discuss your requirements with us.

TARIFF
Single occupancy: £30 per person per night
Double occupancy: £48 per couple per night
Single occupants please note that those staying ONE NIGHT ONLY in any one week will be required to pay a £5 supplement - this supplement applies only to one night stays. There is NO SUPPLEMENT for stays of two or more nights nor for couples staying only one night.

PLEASE NOTE
This is a non-smoking household
Allergy sufferers should be aware that there is a resident cat in the house
Both bedrooms are on the first floor, so unfortunately are not accessible to those who find stairs difficult to negotiate.

LOCAL INFORMATION
The no 11 bus between Lady Bay and Nottingham city centre (via train station) provides an excellent service (every 10 minutes throughout the daytime, aprox 1/2 hourly in the evenings) and cycle routes along canal and river take you to many parts of the city safely.

Lady Bay offers its own pharmacy, post office (with atm), pub and café as well as an excellent chippy and a good range of corner stores selling fresh fruit and veg and the general basics.

The thriving centre of West Bridgford is a pleasant 15 minute stroll away with many superb independent shops, restaurants, café-bars and a fortnightly farmers’ market.

The river Trent is 5 minutes on foot from the front door and offers lovely walks as well as access to a wide range of water sports, including the Holme Pierrepont National Watersports Centre which is only a 5 minute cycle ride away by road.

You can arrange cycle hire for your visit at bunneysbikes.co.uk - their pick-up point is conveniently situated right by the station, no 11 bus stop and canal cycle route.
