We are looking for an experienced Housing Assistant to join a busy team in Nottingham.  You will be working with a team of Housing Assistants and Housing Officers and be responsible for providing front line support.  You will be taking cash payments for rent, and need to ensure all monies add up at the end of each day, you will also advise on basic housing issues and book people appointments with Housing officers where necessary.  You will assist the housing officers in their work and carry out general administration duties.
As the successful candidate you will have worked in housing previously and have experience of working with tenants both over the phone and face to face.  Experience of cash handling is also desirable.
