I am looking at running an Introduction To Massage Workshop in Mid November - Early December.

A practical & informative approach introducing you to the relaxing techniques of Swedish Massage. Incorporating the different strokes used and advice to contra-indications.

During the workshop you will learn to Massage the Back, Neck & Shoulders. Legs & Feet to relieve stress and tension, and enhance a sense of well being.

The aim of the workshop is to promote the benefits of massage from a health perspective, and also give you the basic skills to carry out a safe & effective Massage.

Classes will be kept to a minimum to enable everyone to perform & receive a massage

You will learn how to give basic but effective massage for friends and family and this is also a great taster if you are thinking of going onto study a professional diploma in massage. You are welcome to come on your own, with a friend or partner.

Dates & Venue are yet to be confirmed, however early indications are that it will be held at either Edwinstowe Chiropractic or Edwinstowe Village Hall.

Prices are £35 Per person, with the opportunity to make an appointment at a discounted rate..
