I am a single IT professional, no smoking no pets no kids, and will be in the Nottingham area until June 2010. I need to be within commuting distance of jct 28, so I would consider swaps between Derby, Nottingham and Chesterfield. My flat is in a quiet location, surrounded by 30 olives trees and an imposing mountain view. It is available furnished, so you only have to bring your suitcase. It is walking distance to the local bakery and shops but having a car would allow you to best discover the local area and Italy! (only 45mins to the border) Free TV with UK channels is included via satellite. I will not be in the UK over Christmas so you could be back in your own home for that period.
